***4:20 AM update: Vlad agrees to terms on $500 Million extension with Toronto, rain and snow this morning in the northeast with another shot of cold air coming tonight with more snow in northern New England tomorrow into tomorrow night, and then we have the extended period of rainy weather from Thursday night into possibly Sunday with 1 to 3 inches of rain***
- Vlad signed a 14 year, $500M contract extension with Toronto with no deferred money.
- We have the snow to the north and also in the higher elevations today with a chilly rain for Long Island.
- The polar cold front comes through tonight into tomorrow morning with snow for northern New England into tomorrow night and wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph tomorrow into tomorrow evening in the northeast with gusts over 50 mph in the mountains. Very cold tomorrow night as you can see in the wind chill map below.
- An extended period of rain for at least Friday and Saturday with 2 storm systems, and there could be some mountain snow Friday night. The Euro has the 2nd storm bringing rain through Sunday, but that part is uncertain. Generally 1 to 2.5 inches with some amounts up to 3 inches being possible.
- Milder next week with some days in the 60's.
