The new Euro weeklies are showing average to slightly below average temperatures for most of the east (with the exception of northern New England) for the 2nd half of November into the beginning of December. So, here's the snowfall map through December 4th from the Euro ensemble mean to show a GENERAL IDEA of what areas have the best chance to see snow. I would say that to have a realistic chance, you have to at least be in the blue, and you have a good chance if you're in the purple and obviously a great chance as you head to the areas with the higher amounts.
