***Model ensembles have re-ramped up for the potential early/mid September Hurricane!***

- After the heat index temperatures that reached over 100 degrees on Long Island, much cooler today and tomorrow!

- The cold front comes through Saturday evening/night into Sunday morning with some showers and thunderstorms.

- ***Amazing weather next week with sunshine, low humidity, and comfortable temperatures!***

- You can see the maps for the next 15 days from the Euro ensembles and GFS ensembles in the first two images as the chances for development, while still at 20% from the NHC, appear to have increased. Also, many of them make it farther west! The 5th image shows the map just for the next 10 days, so you can get an idea of the timing. There is also the chance for the 2nd system farther east that would likely curve north earlier and not be a concern. The next 2 names on the list are Francine and Gordon.
