***Long Island forecast and the latest info and maps for the Sunday/Monday storm with rain changing to snow for some areas of the northeast with a nice snowstorm for other areas.***

- Before we get to the storm, of course we have rain at times into tomorrow for Long Island and a nice little snowstorm for central to northern Maine tomorrow.

- Also, while temperatures tomorrow will get into the mid to upper 60's in southern NJ, the GFS won this one as Long Island will be stuck in the mid 40's tomorrow.

- For Long Island, as of now, rain should start Sunday morning and probably change to sleet and then snow early Monday morning with some light accumulations possible before ending Monday afternoon, but let's see how it changes.

- Overall, it's a fairly slow-moving storm with snow not ending in eastern MA until Monday evening.

- The best chance for the highest totals will be at higher elevations of southern/central NY/New England.

- Stay tuned for many updates through this morning into tonight!
