- The Mid-Atlantic snowstorm with 5 to 10 inches of snow for some areas will reach Long Island tonight with up to 3 inches of snow for the south shore overnight.
- The next system quickly moves in tomorrow evening with snow changing to freezing rain and then rain for southern/central New England.
- The weekend storm will become strong and there are still differences in the models with the Euro continuing to show a warmer solution than the GFS and Canadian. In general though, it starts as snow Saturday afternoon for southern New England with accumulations before changing to rain, and then the track becomes crucial as to whether or not it changes back to an accumulating snow on Sunday. Either way though, it will become windy and cold Sunday night with Arctic air coming in behind the storm.
- The next storm then drops down south next Wednesday and potentially comes up the coast next Thursday, so it's definitely something to watch.
