My Personal Weatherman™ was formed by myself, Mike Lani, in 2017 out of a need for personalized weather forecasts that can provide the latest information in an easily explained fashion. It started out with my weather updates on Facebook, and then the requests for personal weather forecasts from family and friends continued to grow. I realized that there was a huge demand for these kind of personal weather forecasts.

I have multiple degrees in the physical sciences. I also have more than 35 years of experience of closely following the weather and tracking major storms. I have access to most of the major weather forecast models, and I have been posting weather forecast updates on Facebook since 2009.
